SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an alternative or an expected restock date.
2. Delivery Time
Our standard delivery is within 30 days of order confirmation.
The exact transit time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination. We will confirm the estimated delivery window with you once your order is confirmed.
Delays caused by customs clearance, weather or force majeure are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping is calculated by weight and destination. The exact cost is shown at checkout or stated in your proforma invoice. For bulky orders (engines, tyres, complete machines) we will quote sea or air freight separately.
4. Port of Departure
All goods are dispatched from China .
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you the tracking number and carrier details by email. For sea freight we provide the B/L or telex release information.
6. Duties, Taxes and Customs
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g. a DDP arrangement). We will provide the commercial invoice, packing list and certificates required for clearance.
7. Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect the goods on arrival. Any shortage, damage or discrepancy must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos, so we can file a claim with the carrier.
8. Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders may be changed or cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once shipped, our Refund & Return Policy applies.
